Booking Procedure

  • The changeover day is normally a Saturday for The Stable. 
    This can vary outside the main holiday periods and during the winter, midweek or short breaks can usually be arranged.

  • Changeover day for Gardeners and Orchard Cottage is Friday

  • It is not necessary for you to fill all the beds in the property you choose.

  • Please send off your booking form 1st class mail, with 20% of the holiday cost as a deposit and the appropriate amount.
    On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send confirmation of booking and details of the balance due.

  • The balance of the cost should reach us 6 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday.

  • Your telephone booking will be held for 3 days.

  • Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the starting date of the holiday should be accompanied by the full payment. Please allow 14 days to receive your confirmation.

  • NO SMOKING inside the property

  • Bed linen and towels are included in our properties however bed linen is NOT provided for cots.Towels are not to be removed from the property.

We ask dog owners to observe the following rules (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

  • Dogs must be under strict control at all times
  • Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay.
  • The owner must bring the dog’s bed or basket for sleeping in.
  • Dogs must not be left alone in property also to be kept down stairs ( there is a stair gate available).
  • Dogs MUST NOT lie on beds or furnishings.
